SOPHOMORE LINEBACKERS
Coach Dellibovi enters his first year with the Warriors after coaching the freshman and sophomore football team at Simi Valley HS the past six seasons. He has coached both running backs and linebackers in his six years of high school coaching. He lives in Simi Valley with his wife, Sandy and they have two children, Josh, 19 a student at Fresno State and Nolan, 13.


WIDE RECEIVERS AND DEFENSIVE BACKS
Coach Porter prepped at Medway HS in Massachusetts where he was a standout defensive back. He continued his football career at Southern Connecticut State University and St. John Fisher College (NY) where he earned Special Teams Player of the Year. He earned his B.A. degree in Communications and Journalism in 2006.


SOPHOMORE OFFENSIVE LINE
Coach Kennedy graduated from Westlake HS in 2007 where he started on the defensive line. He went on the play four years at Charleston Southern University where he started on the offensive line. He begins his first year coaching at Westlake.


SOPHOMORE SPECIAL TEAMS
Coach Talavera graduated from Westlake HS in 2007 where he was a two year starter at defensive back. He was selected All-Marmonte League during his senior year and enters his fourth year coaching the Warriors sophomores.


DEFENSIVE LINE, SOPHOMORE DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR
Coach Jones prepped at Rio Mesa HS where he played for former Westlake head coach, George Contreras. He was honored as the Defensive Player of the Year during his senior year. He went on to play at Moorpark College for two years. He manages a group home in Ventura for teenage kids. He lives in Camarillo and has a summer wedding date to fiancé Lauren. He has a foster daughter, Esmeralda.


JV HEAD COACH
Coach Talavera has been coaching Westlake Football for eleven years for both the Braves and Warriors. He prepped at Van Nuys HS where he played both wide receiver and defensive back. He went on to play for L.A.Valley College winning the JC State Championship. He lives in Maui during the offseason with his wife Nan and daughter, Paris. His son, Devin played and coaches for the Warriors and daughter, Justine is in college.
