|2012 Boosters – Executive Board|
The President shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Westlake High School Football Boosters and in such capacity shall run and preside at all meetings of the Board and the General Assembly. He or she shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors. The president shall have a vote on all matters.
In the temporary absence or disability of the president, the Vice President shall perform all the duties of the President. The Vice President will be responsible for maintaining the P.O. Box, spreadsheets for all income received, maintaining rosters and managing the email process, Media Guide and Calendar, and any other duties assigned by President. The Vice President shall have a vote on all matters.
The Secretary shall take and keep, or supervise and have taken and kept, full and complete action minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly, Board and General Assembly resolutions, and other records of the proceedings of such meetings and act as the Historian of the organization. The secretary shall have a vote on all matters.
The Treasurer shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Westlake High School Football Boosters. In such capacity he or she shall adhere to all district rules and regulations governing financial matters of Booster Clubs. He/She will keep and maintain adequate and correct books and records of all accounts and report to Board on a regular basis. The Treasurer shall have a vote on all matters.
VICE PRESIDENT of EVENTS
The Vice President of Events shall be responsible for and solicit volunteers to be chairs of all event committees. These committees shall include, but are not limited to, Annual Banquet, Senior Recognition, Warrior Huddle, Spring Game, Special Feeds, and any other event that may arise from time to time. Vice President of Events shall have a vote on all matters.
VICE PRESIDENT of FUND RAISING
The Vice President of Fund Raising shall be responsible for and solicit volunteers to be chairs of all fun raising committees. These committees shall include, but are not limited to, Golf Tournament, Gold cards and Program Ad’s. The Vice President of Fund Raising shall have a vote on all matters.
The Member-at-Large shall be the official representative of the Alumni Warriors and undertake such responsibilities designated by the President and/or Board of Directors. The member-at-large shall have a vote on all matters.
